حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ أَعْتَقَ رَجُلٌ مِنَّا عَبْدًا لَهُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ، فَدَعَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهِ فَبَاعَهُ. قَالَ جَابِرٌ مَاتَ الْغُلاَمُ عَامَ أَوَّلَ.
ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم میں سے ایک شخص نے اپنی موت کے بعد اپنے غلام کی آزادی کے لیے کہا تھا۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس غلام کو بلایا اور اسے بیچ دیا۔ جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ پھر وہ غلام اپنی آزادی کے پہلے ہی سال مر گیا تھا۔
