حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ ".
ہم سے محمود بن غیلان نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو عبیداللہ بن موسیٰ نے خبر دی، انہیں اسرائیل نے، انہیں ابوحصین نے، انہیں ابوصالح نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کان ( میں مرنے والے ) کا تاوان نہیں، کنویں ( میں گر کر مر جانے والے ) کا تاوان نہیں۔ اور کسی کا جانور ( اگر کسی آدمی کو مارے تو اس کا ) تاوان نہیں۔ گڑھے ہوئے مال میں سے پانچواں حصہ دینا ہو گا۔
