حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَبَّاحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَنَفِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ. وَبِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ.
مجھ سے عبداللہ بن صباح نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے ابوعلی حنفی نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن عبداللہ بن دینار نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے میرے والد نے بیان کیا اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے منع فرمایا کہ کوئی شہری، کسی دیہاتی کا مال بیچے۔ یہی ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے بھی کہا ہے۔
