حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ السَّجْدَةَ وَنَحْنُ عِنْدَهُ فَيَسْجُدُ وَنَسْجُدُ مَعَهُ فَنَزْدَحِمُ حَتَّى مَا يَجِدُ أَحَدُنَا لِجَبْهَتِهِ مَوْضِعًا يَسْجُدُ عَلَيْهِ.
ہم سے بشر بن آدم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے علی بن مسہر نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہمیں عبیداللہ عمری نے خبر دی، انہیں نافع نے اور نافع کو ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم آیت سجدہ کی تلاوت اگر ہماری موجودگی میں کرتے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ہم بھی سجدہ کرتے تھے۔ اس وقت اتنا اژدھام ہو جاتا کہ سجدہ کے لیے پیشانی رکھنے کی جگہ نہ ملتی جس پر سجدہ کرنے والا سجدہ کر سکے۔
